Free Shipping
- Orders over NZD $100 are eligible for free shipping within New Zealand.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If you miss the delivery of your package, check your letterbox to find a redelivery card, then arrange with your local postal service. For your own reason, the parcel may be returned, you need to pay for the re-shipment, like not arranging for redelivery or collection.
Returns and Exchanges
Productions may differ, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.
We hope you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return or exchange items by following these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email to initiate the return or exchange process.Please provide a clear photo of the item that is unworn and unused& description of the fault, email dongdiynz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Gifts Return: If you received a gift with your purchase and want to return the gift or product for a refund because you have changed your mind, both the gift and the product must be returned.
- Please note, no return for special price products.
If any of the above terms relating to the return of faulty items do not adhere. DongDIY has the right to deny replacement or exchange.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to the orders which have been dispatched. Including but not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Change to a different item
- Adding or removing items
- Order cancellations
